(...If anyone actually reads this blog. I do know I get hits, thanks to Statcounter, but no one comments or anything so I'm wondering if it's just a click and leave sort of deal. I do have a
Livejournal that I previously posted art in, so if no one comes here then I may as well move over there where I know people read, yeah?)

Shio Kasai - Knife
(I quite like this - Kasai wrapping some flame around her finger to form into a knife has been in my head for quite some time now, though in a slightly different form. I think I'll still end up drawing that picture too, but for now, have this!)

Forest Guardian
(Sorry for the short absence! Here's the picture I've been working on. I've actually finished it about a week ago, but only just scanned it in. This is a collaboration between myself and my partner, Mollie Cline. She did the composition (slightly modified due to my different way of drawing dragons), and I drew it. Let me tell you, it was a pain.)
(I did the first layer of the black (yes, there are two layers), with a fine point sharpie. Oh yes. I did it because I didn't have any regular sharpies, so of course, I had to choose the more painful way to do it, instead of just buying some new sharpies. So I did the entire first layer, and then most of the second, until I got to the wings, and then I just said, "This is a pain. I'm going to look for some real sharpies." And lo and behold, I found three fat industrial strength sharpies. And when I put pen to paper... Oh me oh my, it was so much easier. Second layer of the wings went like THAT.)

(Itachi chosen for country for obvious reasons. Sasori gets a cameo because I realized I had planned this for the nine Akatsuki most recent in my brain, and poor Sasori and Oro-chan were forgotten. So they're both getting cameos, Sasori as "Bobby" and Oro-chan as "Billy".)
